Oh my…these people can not be MORE wrong! I mean come on… “we ‘introduce’ to the world to video calling”…amm…that has existed ever since 2006 (just noting the iphone didn’t come till 2007), the iPhone 3G is nowhere near the ‘fastest’ 3G phone. The retina screen is nowhere near as good as AMOLED (which is already outdated). Multitasking…hmmm…where to begin…ah…I just won’t comment.
I’m sorry, some of u may say that I’m trolling, but point out one wron thing I said. Please!

@Evi1M4chine Well what other smartphone acts as such a sophisticated music player? Granted other phones have some superior specs like the camera, such as Sony ericsson Xperia/Vivaz etc.
But the Display on this phone is unbelievable and the quantity of apps is unrivalled and in the UK the 3G network is fairly good = ) all in all this is at the forefront of the SmartPhone era.

LOL. iPhone is a turd in a walled garden. Brand new features? ALL smartphones here in Germany had ALL features of the iPhone for a loong time. The ONLY thing that’s new with the iPhone, is the lock-in walled garden of totalitarian control from Apple over the thing. Good luck using Flash, Java, or any program of your choice on that thing. Ain’t going to happen.
The sad thing is that Americans live in such a deprived market, that they actually believe that those features are revolutionary. LOL!

and whats next? iphone4gs with MMS, music identificator and remote control? apple…you are wasting your money on things, we know you can do preeeeetty better, i mean even my SE k850 could do video calls, its quality was perfect and has a 5 mpxl camera, and waaaaait a minute, it doesnt had just a led, it had a xenon flash to take pics, plus folders for apps? wtf even in a 10 years old telephone could do that just by switching the place where you wanted it

@mast3rtangy that’s how they’re supposed to make money, they could have made this phone 5 years ago, I’m sure they have blueprints for the next years too, but if they shipped out a phone that had every feature possible, they wouldn’t make any money. Apple isn’t clever.

i phone 4 , no problem, but everyone knows at&t is horrible in terms of service. i left at at&t yesterday and went back to my old mr verizon . had them for 5 years previously and they gave me the good service i needed. got me a droid incredible. an i phone4 with a crappy carrier (att) is like a bmw with square tires/cheap tires. i heard all the problems with preordering the iphone 4. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN PEOPLE CANT ACTIVATE IPHONE 4 ON JUNE 24TH???????HMMMM

Let’s see…. problems? Higher res screen than human eye can see= useless. All to accommodate getting apps so they look on iPads! Video Chat over Wifi only? Yep.. because everything off the phone’s 3G radio is encrypted through a Hyper Tunnel (garden wall) and 3G networks do not support Garden Walled networks. That’s why Verizon killed theirs. Jail break it and you’re back in business. Then you can even run full real multi-tasking instead of fake task switching, and full Video Chat!

Too bad the iphone is a “girls” phone <_< I wish apple would make a phone for men. I am getting my wife the iphone 4 and I don’t know what to get because other than the iphone 4 Rogers only has the Acer Liquid E and Xperia X10 as great phones. I am leaning towards the Acer Liquid E with its 3.5 multi touch screen, 512mb RAM, and snapdragon processor @ 750mhz. Oh and the Acer has Android 2.1 where the Xperia x10 is only Android 1.6
